3 DONT'S WHEN YOU ARE SLEEPING (entry 2)

Hi. Today I want share something useful. I got these from a book, but I can't remember which book it is. I think I should share with you guys because seem like even a small things we do, may cause harm to our body. So please take a note!

1- DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH

Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.

2- DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONE

Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phone as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.

3- DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP

People who sleep with makeup might have skin problems in the long term. Sleeping with makeup will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring.

I think it was more than these, but I only can remember three of these.Have a good sleep.

I MISS YOU (entry 1)

Hello everyone. Welcome to my blog. Today is my first time to write something about my life to public view. Actually I do not know what needs to be written here, because I am not a writer. I was forced by Mr Izzie who is my English lecturer, to write in this blog three times a week with 100-250 words in English. This was burdening me because I'm weak in the subjects of English, but I will take it as a challenge to improve my English language proficiency even though I had to ask help from uncle Google.
Before this, I was thinking to write about “burping and slurping in public are rude behaviour”. Suddenly my parents called me and they said that they missed me so much. Then drop by drop of water flow from my eyes. I don’t know why I am crying, but I just felt that I also missed them so much and homesick. I have been lucky because my entire roommate was sleeping and they don’t saw me crying. That was the first time I heard that both of my parents said “I miss you” to me.
XOXO: Amelia
